Toyota has two settlements we track, and one of them is unusual because it is still open — the airbag control unit settlement accepts claims until December 11, 2028, paying up to $250 plus reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket costs for 2011 to 2019 Corolla, Avalon, Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia owners. The other is a narrower California reimbursement program for Camry air-conditioning odor complaints. Vehicle settlements pay from receipts more often than flat amounts, so repair records matter here more than in most cases.
