How we verify settlements

California residents who paid the disputed six-percent HSCO fee on purchases at four San Francisco Domino’s stores from December 4, 2023 through August 12, 2026 may receive a voucher worth 75% of that fee, or choose a cash payment worth 50% of that fee. These percentages apply to the disputed fee, not the entire purchase price.

Eligible members with a valid email address in the defendants’ purchase records receive a voucher automatically unless they make a timely cash claim. Members without an associated valid email address must submit proof of purchase and a valid claim to receive either benefit. The claim deadline is November 8, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges the fee was improperly identified as a tax. Defendants deny wrongdoing. The settlement has preliminary approval; benefits depend on final approval and the settlement becoming effective.

If defendants have your valid email linked to your purchases, a voucher is the default. Submit a valid claim if you prefer a cash payment. For purchases without an associated email, provide proof showing the amount paid to the administrator and follow its login and claim instructions.

  3. 3

    Complete the official claim

Use the official Online Claim Submission page and sign the claim under penalty of perjury. The separate paper form for members who did not use email asks for name, mailing address, email, voucher or check choice, all proof of purchases reflecting the fee, and a signature.

Frequently asked questions

How much will I receive?

The voucher equals 75% of the disputed HSCO fees you paid during the class period. The cash alternative equals 50% of those fees. The administrator uses defendants’ purchase records and valid proof for purchases not associated with an email; no flat dollar payment is promised.

Do I need to file a claim for a voucher?

Eligible members with a valid email address in defendants’ records receive a voucher by default. A timely valid claim is required for cash instead. Members without an associated valid email address need proof of purchase and a valid claim for either benefit.

Where can I use the voucher?

Only at the four covered San Francisco Domino’s stores. It does not expire, is nontransferable and single-use, cannot be redeemed for cash or used for past purchases, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

What is the claim deadline?

November 8, 2026. The legal notice and FAQ say before 11:59 pm but do not state a timezone. The paper form must be provided to the administrator on or before November 8. Do not rely on a postmark-only deadline; the notice treats delivery as submission.

When will benefits be sent?

The revised agreement provides for distribution within 35 days after the settlement’s Final Effective Settlement Date. Final approval and any appeals affect that date, so there is no guaranteed calendar payment date.

How do I submit proof if my purchases were not linked to an email?

The administrator’s FAQ directs members to send proof showing the amount paid to info@asifoodssettlement.com or Miller v Asi Foods, c/o Settlement Administrator, PO Box 23698, Jacksonville, FL 32241. Valid submissions receive login instructions. The official site also provides a paper claim form for members who did not use email.
