The Playstudios settlement offers benefits for qualifying purchases in eight social casino games while in Alabama, Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee or Kentucky. Eligible players who want a cash benefit must submit an election online or mail it with a postmark by October 21, 2026. The cash amount varies after deductions and a settlement-wide cash cap; part of the benefit may be virtual credits.
Without a cash election, eligible members receive the settlement's virtual-credit benefit, subject to account-activity conditions. Who qualifies
- You spent money to play at least one covered game while in a covered state during its applicable period. Current residence alone does not establish eligibility. Playing without qualifying purchases is insufficient.
- Alabama: March 8, 2022–June 30, 2026. Ohio and Massachusetts: July 26, 2022–June 30, 2026. New Jersey: January 2, 2024–June 30, 2026. Tennessee: November 12, 2022–June 30, 2026. Kentucky: July 5, 2018–June 29, 2023.
- Covered games are myVEGAS Facebook, myVEGAS Mobile, www.myvegas.com, Pop! Slots, myKONAMI Slots, MGM Slots Live, myVEGAS Blackjack and myVEGAS Bingo.
- The class excludes presiding judges and magistrates and their families; the defendant and related entities described in the notice, including current and former officers, directors and employees; valid opt-outs; and the legal representatives, successors and assigns of excluded people. How to elect cash in the Playstudios settlement

Check your purchases, games and state dates
Compare your purchases with the covered games and state periods. Use the official notice and contact the administrator if your eligibility is unclear. All qualifying purchase periods have ended.

Find your game account details

Complete and personally sign the election
Use the official online election or current paper form. Provide accurate contact and account information, choose an available payment method and sign the affirmation that the listed identifiers and emails are your own. Submit online by October 21, 2026, or mail it with an October 21 postmark. The current paper form does not print a return address; contact the administrator to confirm mailing instructions. Final approval and resolution of appeals must occur before benefits are distributed.

Is the Playstudios settlement a $3 million fund?
The Playstudios agreement describes $3 million as an initial escrow deposit, with further deposits as required. It does not establish that figure as the entire settlement fund. Benefits are calculated under the agreement using qualifying purchases, deductions and the cash cap.
What happens if I do not elect cash?
Eligible Playstudios members who do not elect cash receive virtual credits under the settlement, subject to approval and its terms. Credits are distributed in installments over two years. Under the agreement, credits for inactive accounts can be deemed distributed if the account remains inactive for 30 days after the scheduled distribution. Review the administrator's account-activity instructions.
What is the Playstudios cash-election deadline?
Submit the Playstudios cash election online by October 21, 2026, or mail the current paper election with an October 21 postmark. The signed amended court order sets this deadline. The November 10 approval hearing is a separate event.
Does the Playstudios election require proof?
The Playstudios form asks for game IDs or support codes, game and platform account emails, contact information and a signed affirmation under penalty of perjury. Receipts are not listed as a routine attachment on the current paper election, but account information and validation are required. The member must personally sign; ClaimBee cannot sign or submit the election.
When will Playstudios settlement payments arrive?
A payment arrival date is not confirmed. The Playstudios final approval hearing is scheduled for November 10, 2026. The official FAQ describes cash distribution within 60 days after final approval and resolution of appeals, so the hearing date does not guarantee when you will receive a payment.
