Who qualifies
- You are an individual in the United States who received a call placed by Crown Administrators for Altrua HealthShare using AIRudder from December 2 through December 11, 2024.
- The administrator uses calling records to identify class members. If you did not receive a notice, ask the administrator to check your name and cellphone number.
- Defendants and their officers and directors, people who validly opt out, and the assigned judges, staff and their immediate families are excluded.
