Farmers Insurance TCPA settlement: claims due September 14

Last updated: September 11, 2026

The Farmers Insurance TCPA settlement offers up to $160 per qualifying telephone number for specified marketing calls or texts from seven agents. Claims must be submitted or postmarked by September 14, 2026. Eligibility includes Do-Not-Call registration, repeated contacts and restrictions on quote requests and prior customers.

Farmers has agreed to make up to $1.25 million available, including court-approved expenses, while denying wrongdoing. Payments may be reduced proportionally; valid claimants sharing one telephone number divide its award. The cap applies per number, regardless of how many calls or texts it received.

  • The contacts came from Nickolas Ward, Nate Esparza, Kyle Ryan Gray, Dustin Huffman, Jason Hall, Brian Shirey or LeNard Rhone, or their agencies.
  • Your number belonged to an individual rather than a business, had been on the National Do-Not-Call Registry for more than 30 days, and appears on the litigation list. The claim includes a subscriber or primary-user certification.
  • You must certify that you did not visit a website requesting a Farmers or agent quote before the contacts, and were not a Farmers customer when contacted or in the preceding 18 months.
  • The notice excludes plaintiff’s counsel, Farmers and specified officers, directors, employees and immediate relatives, and Missouri judiciary members. Review the official class definition before filing.

  3. 3

    Complete and sign your claim

Provide your contact details, affected telephone number and truthful certifications. Submit online or by email, or postmark a mailed claim, by September 14, 2026. Keep your confirmation or mailing record.
