Welcome to ClaimBee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Auxilin LLC ("ClaimBee," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of all services provided by ClaimBee, including our website, mobile applications, claim platform, and related technologies or communications (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

ClaimBee is a technology platform that helps individuals identify and claim compensation from class action settlements, product recalls, and similar recovery opportunities. We use platform workflows to detect relevant claims and assist in preparing and submitting applications.

3. How It Works

When you sign up, you may provide information that helps us match you with eligible settlements. Our platform may pre-fill claim forms and assist with documentation. ClaimBee does not guarantee eligibility, compensation, or approval for any claim. Final decisions are made solely by third-party settlement administrators or courts.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Services, or use them to build a competing product.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@claimbee.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Claim Eligibility

ClaimBee provides a convenience tool to simplify the claims process but does not act as a legal representative. We do not guarantee that any claim will result in a payout. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted information. Fraudulent submissions may result in loss of access and potential legal consequences.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent claims
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Services
• Reverse engineer or copy platform logic
• Use bots or scrapers to access the Services
• Harass or abuse ClaimBee staff

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or offers. We do not control or endorse their content. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with ClaimBee are the exclusive property of Auxilin LLC. You may not reproduce or modify any portion without written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding claim accuracy, approval, or payout timing. ClaimBee does not provide legal advice and use of our tools does not create an attorney-client relationship. Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
