The Google Play settlement is a $700 million antitrust settlement in which Google resolved claims brought by a coalition of state Attorneys General that it illegally monopolized how Android apps are distributed and how in-app purchases are billed, keeping prices higher for consumers. - You made a purchase through the Google Play Store — an app, in-app content, or a subscription billed via Google Play — between August 16, 2016 and September 30, 2023.
- At the time of purchase, the legal address on your Google payments profile was in one of the 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- You do not need to file a claim — the administrator identifies eligible consumers from Google's purchase records and pays most of them automatically.

Most people are paid automatically — no claim form
