- You are a person or entity that paid a $30 administrative fee to Suffolk County and its Traffic and Parking Violation Agency for a red-light camera program violation during the covered period.
- The agreement defines the period as April 1, 2013 through preliminary approval. The notice describes it as April 1, 2013 to the present; the county had already repealed further collection of the $30 fee in 2023 and ended its camera program in December 2024.
