Kroger prescription settlement: claims due December 21

Who qualifies

• You are an individual in the United States or its territories who paid in whole or in part for at least one prescription from Kroger during December 9, 2018–August 23, 2026, and used prescription insurance benefits to fill it.
• Covered pharmacies include Kroger-owned or operated pharmacies and affiliates. The allocation plan lists examples such as Fred Meyer, Fry's, King Soopers, Ralphs, Dillons and Smith's Food and Drug. Check the official plan for the complete scope.
• Count your own eligible out-of-pocket prescription spending, excluding the insurer's share. Grocery purchases and prescriptions bought entirely without insurance do not meet the class definition.
• Exclusions include presiding judges, their immediate families and staff; specified Kroger officers and directors; valid opt-outs and related legal representatives, successors or assigns; and people who separately sued, arbitrated or settled the Savings Club pricing dispute, except claims voluntarily dismissed without prejudice. How to file a Kroger prescription settlement claim

   Check your insured prescription purchases

   Review eligible Kroger or affiliated-pharmacy purchases and total the amount you personally paid during the covered period. Find your settlement notice if you received one, along with receipts, insurance statements or pharmacy records.

   Choose the correct claim route and spending band

   Open Submit Claim on the official website. It offers a notice-code route and an option for people without codes; a paper form is also available under Important Documents. Choose the spending band that accurately describes your own eligible payments.

   Provide evidence and sign

   Claims for spending of $8,000 or more need documentation. If the administrator cannot identify you in its known-customer records, it also requires proof at lower amounts. Other claimants may be asked for evidence. Read the certification and sign; an authorized agent must use the separate agent certification and have actual authority.

   Submit by December 21 and keep a record
