Levoit air purifier settlement: claim up to $10

Who qualifies

• You purchased a Levoit Core or EverestAir air purifier or replacement filter with True HEPA, HEPA or H13 language in the United States from August 29, 2019 through August 4, 2023.
• Purchases directly from the defendant's website or mobile application are excluded under the agreement and court order. Do not assume every Levoit product or purchase channel qualifies.
• Other exclusions include government entities, counsel and their firms, the defendant and specified related entities and personnel, the presiding judges and mediators and their immediate families and judicial staff, and valid opt-outs. Read the official agreement for the complete definition.
• Submit one truthful claim per individual, even if you bought several qualifying products. The maximum award starts at $10 per class member and can decrease proportionally.
• For the public filing route without notice credentials, provide an invoice or order confirmation with the purchase date, select your qualifying products and sign the declaration under penalty of perjury. Claims remain subject to verification.

How to file a Levoit settlement claim

   Check your product, dates and seller

   Confirm that the product was a qualifying Core or EverestAir purifier or replacement filter bearing the specified HEPA language, bought within the class period. Check the direct-website/app exclusion before claiming.

   Gather your notice or purchase record

   If you received an email invitation, use its Apex ID and PIN on the official claim page. Otherwise choose the public filing route without an email invitation and have an invoice or order confirmation showing the purchase date ready.

   Complete one claim and sign it

   Provide the requested contact and product information, purchase dates, required proof and payment details. Review and personally sign the truthful declaration. Submit only one claim per individual, regardless of the number of products purchased.

   Submit online by November 3, 2026

   Follow the administrator's online filing instructions and keep your confirmation. The public form lists prepaid Mastercard and Venmo payment choices. Do not assume downloading the form submits a claim or that mailing it meets the online deadline.

   Check official payment updates
