Teleflora Text Settlement: Claims Due November 17
Last updated: October 16, 2026
The Teleflora text-message settlement offers approved claims no more than $251, minus a share of approved fees and administration costs, for each qualifying telephone number. You may qualify if you did not give Teleflora your number and received at least two promotional texts within 12 months while the number met the National Do Not Call Registry requirements. File online by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on November 17, 2026, or mail a claim postmarked by November 17.
The class period runs from May 9, 2021 through August 26, 2026. Teleflora denies wrongdoing and agreed to pay up to $6 million for approved claims, administration and approved fees. The $251 figure is a ceiling before deductions, not a promised check; remaining unclaimed money stays with Teleflora. Payments require final approval and a valid signed claim.

Who qualifies
- The class covers people in the United States who did not provide their telephone number to Teleflora and received more than one text promoting Teleflora goods or services within a 12-month period during May 9, 2021–August 26, 2026.
- The residential or cellular number must have been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days before at least two of those promotional texts within the 12-month period. Receiving any unwanted Teleflora message is not enough.
- The administrator checks the calling records obtained in the case. If you did not receive a postcard or cannot find your credentials, contact Angeion at 1-833-662-3434 to check your number and obtain help; the paper form also requires a claimant ID.
- People who validly opt out are excluded. You must provide the qualifying number or numbers and personally sign a truthful claim. Only one claim per class member per qualifying number may be approved.
How to file a Teleflora settlement claim
- 1
Find your notice and check the text-message rules
Gather the Notice ID and Confirmation Code from your notice and the numbers that received qualifying messages. Confirm that you did not provide your number to Teleflora and that the text frequency, class dates and Do Not Call registration conditions all apply.
- 2
Complete and sign the official claim
Use the administrator’s online portal or paper form. Provide your name, mailing address, claimant ID, preferred phone number and the qualifying numbers; email is optional on paper. Sign the truthfulness certification. The form does not demand text screenshots as an attachment, but the administrator may audit and verify the claim against its records.

Frequently asked questions
How much will the Teleflora settlement pay me?
Each approved claim can receive no more than $251 minus the class member’s share of approved fees and administration expenses. That expense share uses all class members as the denominator, not just approved claimants. Fewer claims therefore do not automatically mean a larger check. No typical net amount is promised.
Who qualifies for the Teleflora text settlement?
U.S. people who did not give Teleflora their number may qualify if they received more than one promotional text within 12 months during May 9, 2021–August 26, 2026, and the number was on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days before at least two messages. Membership is verified against case records; valid opt-outs are excluded.
What is the Teleflora claim deadline?
Online claims are due November 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Paper claims must be postmarked by November 17, 2026. The signed court order, notice and live portal explicitly recognize timely mailed postmarks.
Do I need a Teleflora Notice ID and Confirmation Code?
Yes, the online portal requires both. The paper form also requires a claimant identification number. Contact Angeion at 1-833-662-3434 if you cannot find your notice or need to check your number; do not assume paper filing bypasses the ID requirement.
Can I claim for several telephone numbers?
The agreement permits one approved claim per class member per qualifying telephone number. The form lets you list your relevant numbers. The limit is not per text message, and duplicate claims for the same number are not allowed.
Do I need screenshots of the Teleflora texts?
The current paper form asks for qualifying phone numbers and a signed truthfulness certification rather than screenshot attachments. Angeion verifies calling records and may audit the claim. This is not a promise that every claim will be approved without verification.
When will Teleflora settlement checks arrive?
Payments depend on final court approval, the settlement becoming effective and claim processing. Approved payments are mailed by check. The scheduled court hearing is not a check-arrival date, and no guaranteed payment date is announced.
