How to file a Globe Life or American Income Life cash claim
- 1
Locate your Settlement Class Member ID
Choose Submit Claim on the official website and use the ID from your notice. If you cannot find it, contact Kroll at (833) 930-0155. The administrator also provides a paper form.
- 2
Choose losses, time, or both
You may claim qualifying unreimbursed losses up to $5,000 and up to four hours of incident-response time at $18 per hour. These are conditional limits; payments may decrease if valid claims exceed the cash cap.
- 3
Support the amounts you claim
Expense claims need reasonable third-party documentation, such as receipts or correspondence; your own statement alone is insufficient. Do not seek reimbursement twice for an expense. Time claims require self-certification of time spent responding to the incident.
