Who qualifies
- You are a person in the United States who was sent notice of the data incident and is identified in the class list. Receiving unrelated fraud alerts or using a company connected with SitusAMC does not by itself establish membership.

- For the additional California payment, you must also have resided in California between November 12 and November 22, 2025.
- Cash benefits require a valid timely claim. The administrator determines whether your claim is valid and may ask for additional information.

Frequently asked questions
Can I claim both documented losses and the flat payment?
Yes. The issued claim form permits the flat cash payment in lieu of or in addition to a documented-loss claim. Qualifying actual, unreimbursed losses fairly traceable to the incident are capped at $5,000. The separate $75 flat payment is an estimate and can be higher or lower depending on valid claims and the net fund available.
What proof do I need?
A documented-loss claim requires third-party documentation such as receipts. Self-prepared records may explain other evidence but are not enough alone. For credit monitoring or identity theft protection first purchased from November 12, 2025 through the claim deadline, include proof of purchase and a written statement that the purchase was primarily because of this incident. The flat cash option requires no loss proof, but you must still complete and sign a valid claim and provide the requested identity information.
Who qualifies for the additional California payment?
Class members who resided in California between November 12 and November 22, 2025 may elect an additional $50 statutory payment. It may be reduced based on valid claims. It is available in addition to the other cash options.
Is credit monitoring included?
The notice says class members automatically received an enrollment code for one year of credit monitoring. Receiving a code is different from enrolling in the service; follow the instructions in your notice or contact the administrator for help.
When is the final approval hearing?
The administrator currently lists November 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. A court-filed October 2 declaration cites ECF No. 62 as resetting the hearing to November 12, replacing the November 11 date in the original notice. Check the official website for further changes.
When will payments arrive?
Payments depend on final approval and resolution of any appeals. No guaranteed payment date is stated in the reviewed official materials. The published proposed final approval order is a proposal, not proof that final approval has occurred.
Can I still opt out or object?
The notice lists October 22, 2026 as the opt-out and objection deadline, which has passed. These procedures are separate from the November 6 claim deadline. Consult the official notice or administrator about your circumstances.
