Last updated: September 9, 2026
Google has 7 other settlements — see all Google settlements.
Google and AdMob agreed to an $8.25 million settlement over alleged collection, use and disclosure of children's personal information through Google Play apps. Eligible U.S. residents who used or downloaded those apps while under 13 can submit a claim by September 14, 2026. Individual payments are not yet known.
The claimant or their parent or legal guardian must file directly with the administrator: third-party claims are not accepted. ClaimBee cannot submit this claim for you. Google and AdMob deny wrongdoing; payment depends on final approval and resolution of appeals.
