- You are a U.S. resident who registered, used, opened, or downloaded the Zoom Meetings application between March 30, 2016 and July 30, 2021.

Appeals delayed the money until 2023
Several objectors appealed to the Ninth Circuit. The last appeal was dismissed on March 31, 2023 and the approval was affirmed, so the settlement became effective on April 3, 2023 — which is why payments went out in 2023, not 2022.
