Who qualifies
- Subclass 1 covers LifeStance patients who booked at least one session through the public lifestance.com online booking tool between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2023.
- Subclass 2 covers other LifeStance patients during that period who do not belong to Subclass 1. You cannot claim both groups' funds.
- Simply visiting the website does not establish eligibility. The class definition requires patient status and does not impose a particular state-residency requirement.
- Exclusions include LifeStance officers and directors, specified controlled entities, lawyers who advised LifeStance on this litigation, the assigned judiciary and their families and staff, and valid timely opt-outs. Check the official exclusions before certifying your claim.
